Retaining of the pump must be ensured. In each case the operator is responsible for the emptying, filling and venting the system. The isolation of the pump must be removed by the operator and recuperated after finished service work. Waste water pumping systems must be pumped down, cleaned and flushed by the operator.

Improperly completed forms cannot be processed. If you specify a wrong type of pump there will be costs for this service
Financial accounting and invoice is always issued to the client
There might be additional costs due to overtime, night and weekend labour costs
The decision whether a warranty claim exists can only be taken after an inspection by Grundfos. If it is not a warranty claim the repair will be charged. In case of NOT covered by warranty, shall the pump be repaired?
In case of pump inspection there will be no pump repair on site.
